Internet Banking Agreement - Terms of Use
Introduction
This Internet Banking Agreement contains the terms that govern the use of Adams State Bank Mobile Banking Service. In this agreement “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to Adams State Bank, and “you” or “yours” refers to an Adams State Bank customer with access to Internet Banking.
Online Services
You may use your computer through an internet connection to obtain an account balances and transaction information. You may also use your PC to obtain statements of your accounts or transfer money between your accounts and loans. If the system is unavailable due to an unanticipated problem, please call the Adams State Bank at (402) 988 - 2255 during normal business hours.
Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account information. We are entitled to act on transaction instructions received using your password. You agree that the use of your password will have the same effect as your signature, authorizing the transactions
Password
You should not under any circumstances, disclose your password by telephone, e-mail, in writing, or orally to anyone claiming to be an Adams State Bank employee. Bank employees will never ask for your password or any other account information. Please notify us immediately if you suspect that another person has improperly obtained and/or used your Mobile or Internet Banking password. It is highly recommended that you change your password periodically to enhance security. If you believe any fraudulent activity has occurred relating to your account please call Adams State Bank at (402) 988 - 2255.

Limitation of Liability
Adams State Bank will not be responsible for failure to provide access or for interruptions in access to the Adams State Bank Internet Banking service due to system failure or any other unforeseen acts or circumstances. We are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage, whether direct, indirect, special, or consequential, caused by the Internet Banking service or the use thereof or arising in any way out of the installation, operation, or maintenance of your PC equipment.
Waivers
No waiver of the terms of this Agreement will be effective, unless in writing and signed by an officer of this bank
Assignment
You may not transfer or assign your rights or duties under this Agreement.
Governing Law
The laws of the State of Nebraska shall govern this agreement and all transactions hereunder. You acknowledge that you have reviewed this Customer Agreement, understand the terms and conditions set forth herein, and agree to be bound hereby.
